• Extrajudicial and litigation actions for recovering credit stemming from the provision of services and product supply, including those from export and import;
• Assistance to foreign companies in recovering credits resulting from products and raw materials exported to Brazil;
• Monitoring cases on insolvency, bankruptcy and judicial recovery;
• Performing the role of representation for creditors before the Creditors Committee;
• Attendance at creditors meetings for disputes and deliberations on judicial recovery plans;
• Filing of debt collection lawsuits, executions and monitorial actions derived from debt securities, such as Rural Product Notes, Financial Rural Product Notes, Industrial Credit Notes, and others;
• Tracking and identifying debtors’ equities; evidence and demonstration of economical groups among companies; analysis of requests to back claims for lifting the corporate veil and consequent accountability of its board, controllers and shareholders;
